Business Analyst | Aerospace & Defense

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic, operational, and financial initiatives within a fast‑moving aerospace and defense environment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with experience navigating regulated, complex manufacturing or defense programs.

Requirements:

• Support ERP/MRP‑driven workflows related to supply chain, production, and compliance.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with aerospace/defense regulatory, operational, and supply chain requirements.
• Perform financial modeling, cost analysis, and operational performance assessments.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using data‑driven insights.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong financial modeling, operational analysis, and process improvement experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma or CBAP certification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Experience leading process standardization or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects.
