About the job Implementation Supervisor II | Business Migrations
Our client is seeking an Implementation Supervisor II to support mid‑to-large‑scale business-side migration projects involving multi‑site deployments and multiple products/services. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing customer solution migrations while ensuring successful delivery, strong communication, and alignment with project timelines.
The position works closely with cross‑functional teams, program managers, and customer stakeholders to support implementation model development, scheduling, user acceptance activities, reporting, and post‑migration reviews. This role requires onsite presence in Louisville and regular travel to customer locations.

Contract Duration: 5 months | W2
Location: Candidates should be local to the Louisville metro area or already within a reasonable commuting distance (up to 2 hours)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM (with required weekend/evening support during migration periods)
Travel: Required within the U.S. and Canada
Requirements:
- Support weekend and evening migration events as required.
- Travel to domestic and Canadian locations to support onsite migration activities.
- Prepare weekly project reports, documentation, and post‑implementation audits.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Support mid‑ to large‑scale migration projects, including multi‑site implementations involving multiple products and services.
- Analyze customer migration requirements and participate in planning, deployment, and execution activities.
- Develop and maintain implementation models, including schedules, communication plans, and migration workflows.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional implementation teams throughout migration cycles.
- Conduct project status meetings, track action items, and support daily coordination calls.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- Active PMP certification.
- Ability to support weekend and evening go‑lives.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in complex implementation environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Zoom)
- 10+ years of experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale business-side implementation or migration projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting multi‑product or multi‑service migration programs.
- Experience conducting post‑implementation reviews and lesson-learned documentation.
Work Environment:
- Full onsite role in Louisville, KY.
- Fast‑paced migration environment requiring flexibility, travel, and weekend availability.
