Our client is hiring multiple experienced Electro‑Mechanical Technicians to support night‑shift maintenance operations in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoy working independently during off‑shift hours.

Work Schedule: 12‑hour night shift (rotating 3/4 schedule; overtime may be required)
Compensation: $36.34–$39.85/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Responsibilities:
- Assist with spare parts inventory and organization.
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance activities in a CMMS.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls and PLC‑based systems.
- Operate shop equipment such as mills, lathes, and saws when needed.
- Maintain and repair pumps, compressors, chillers, and related process systems.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow all plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe machine operation.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot motors, relays, contactors, sensors, and related electrical components using multimeters.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production and facility equipment.
- Support continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and equipment reliability efforts.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)
- Industrial maintenance experience or military experience working with mechanical/electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during off‑shift hours.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Experience with pumps, compressors, chillers, or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical controls, industrial motor controls, and PLCs.
- Comfortable working with ladders, lifts, kneeling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree in electro‑mechanical or industrial maintenance fields preferred.
