Our client is hiring several Manufacturing Associates to support a high‑volume production environment. In this role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, follow established procedures, and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This position is a great fit for someone dependable, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced plant setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to shift schedules.
  • Complete required production and quality records accurately.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and plant safety guidelines.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in required training and follow all workplace safety rules, including PPE requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Dependable, adaptable, and safety‑minded.
  • High school or equivalent experience required.
  • 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
  • Ability to use basic measurement tools and record precise data.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable using hands for pushing, pulling, grasping, and handling materials.
  • Experience working in a plant, warehouse, or industrial environment is helpful.

Preferred Skills:

  • Forklift experience.
  • Prior work in a manufacturing or automotive‑related environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to typical plant conditions such as noise and machinery.
  • Must comply with all company and regulatory safety requirements.
  • Onsite manufacturing environment with required PPE (hearing protection, eye protection, and safety‑toe footwear)
