Our client is seeking an Emergency Department RN to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care in a fast‑paced acute‑care ER environment. This role supports a diverse patient population, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and ensures safe, effective clinical practice. The RN is responsible for assessment, stabilization, treatment, and evaluation of patients presenting with emergent and urgent conditions.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (depending on experience/qualifications)
Responsibilities:
- Support patient stabilization, triage, and prioritization of care.
- Provide patient and family education based on individual needs.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Utilize clinical technology and electronic medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Perform rapid assessments and implement evidence‑based emergency interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to clinical standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate diagnostics, transfers, and admissions.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required within six (6) months of hire.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑acuity environment.
- Ability to start within 30 days (relocation support available if needed)
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and compassionate service.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and emergency‑care technology.
Preferred Skills:
- One year of Emergency Department or acute‑care nursing experience.
