Our client is seeking dependable Laminator Operators to support night‑shift production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely operating laminating equipment, preparing materials, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace.

This position is ideal for candidates with machine operation experience who enjoy hands‑on work, consistent routines, and a structured production environment.

Work Schedule: 12‑hour night shift (rotating 3/4 schedule)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + shift differential

Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional production tasks as assigned.
  • Interpret job orders accurately and follow documented procedures.
  • Perform first‑piece inspections and verify conformance throughout the run.
  • Load raw materials, change rolls, and manage substrates during operation.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure work areas meet safety and quality standards.
  • Mix adhesives and materials according to established formulas and work instructions.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor laminating equipment to meet production specifications.
  • Handle chemicals and hazardous waste in accordance with training and regulations.
  • Report quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment problems to shift leadership.
  • Participate in routine audits, safety activities, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read a ruler or tape measure accurately.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Strong attendance, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with chemicals, adhesives, or material mixing.
  • 1+ year of machine operator experience (lamination experience a plus but not required)
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, standing, repetitive tasks)
