About the job Learning Solutions Consultant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with clients and prospects to identify in-depth corporate learning and development related objectives or requirements
Design executable corporate learning and development related solutions by maximizing Conicle Total Solutions based on client's requirements
Provide useful consultation that helps support clients towards their successful learning and development objectives
Collaborate across Conicle Total Solutions teams to successfully deliver solutions to fulfill client's objectives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in corporate learning and development and/or change management
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in visualizing ideas with data into presentations
Able to work independently and collaborate well with diverse groups of people
Creative with calm and mature personality
Good command in English
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in HRD, Talent Development, or related consultant services
Participated in a least 5 successful or transformation projects delivery to internal/ external clients
Proven records in development and delivery of corporate learning and development programs with more than 10 target potentials each
