About the job Learning Solutions Consultant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with clients and prospects to identify in-depth corporate learning and development related objectives or requirements

  • Design executable corporate learning and development related solutions by maximizing Conicle Total Solutions based on client's requirements

  • Provide useful consultation that helps support clients towards their successful learning and development objectives

  • Collaborate across Conicle Total Solutions teams to successfully deliver solutions to fulfill client's objectives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient in corporate learning and development and/or change management

  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent in visualizing ideas with data into presentations

  • Able to work independently and collaborate well with diverse groups of people

  • Creative with calm and mature personality

  • Good command in English


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • At least 3 years of experience in HRD, Talent Development, or related consultant services

  • Participated in a least 5 successful or transformation projects delivery to internal/ external clients

    Proven records in development and delivery of corporate learning and development programs with more than 10 target potentials each
