DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experienced in handling the full B2C sales cycle from lead, follow-up and personalized strategy design to closing deals effectively.
  • Communicate and engage with B2C customers via multiple channels such as phone, email, social media, and chat to provide product information, recommendations, and timely support.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations and invoices accurately and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide product consultations to help customers find the most suitable solutions based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience, including troubleshooting, usage guidance, and ongoing communication about new promotions or updates.
  • Analyze B2C customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeted at B2C segments, aiming to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track interactions, and maintain personalized communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Share insights and trends from the B2C market with internal teams to support product and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support the sales team by creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales volume and attracting potential clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of Conicle’s platform and content.
  • Measure the performance of marketing activities across all channels and provide insights on what works and what needs improvement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Good understanding of marketing is a must

  • Event marketing or Press conference experience is a must

  • Be a good story teller to widen company's story and information 

  • Creativity thinking, coordination, interpersonal and negotiation skill is a must
  • Sales and negotiation skills

  • Analyze and management skill

  • Good command in English

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields

  • Age is around 25-30 years old

  • 3-5 working years of experience in In-house marketing or Digital Agency

    Experience in Technology, IT Service or Start-Up companies (Will be an advantage)
