Job Description

• Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget
• Coordination of installation schedules; management of staffing to ensure on time completion and meeting budget allocated
• Coordination of permitting for projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Follow proper best practices during setup and installation
• Involved in Solar Business Development & Project execution
• Maintain and monitor infrastructure system
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project
• Report and escalate to management as required
• Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
• Support bid packages and procure materials and services as required
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with experience in Solar Project Development, Business and Contractual negotiation, Solar Project Cost management, Solar system operation & maintenance
• Experience in Solar is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse group
• Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills leading to successful completion of a project by a specific due date
