        Collection Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for collection process including negotiation with escalation customers on payment in accordance to company SOP
 - Handle escalation from staffs on collection matters
 - Monthly account review with the staffs
 - Review and propose accounts for legal/3rd party collection agency
 - Driving the team to meet KPI being set by management
 - Monthly reporting on collection performance with senior management
 - Propose accounts for provision/write off when required
 - Propose, review and implement collection process improvement
 - Any other collection related duties as assigned
 
Requirements
- University degree preferred
 - At least 6 years collection experience, of which 3 years in managerial role
 - Oracle experience preferred
