Behavior Technician / RBT – Afternoon & Evening Hours

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Raleigh and surrounding areas!

Afternoon Availability Needed!

We're looking for candidates who are available to work after 2:00 PM.

Join our team and support clients throughout the greater Raleigh area. We have part-time afternoon and early evening cases available in Raleigh!

Whether you're looking for part-time hours after school, a second job, or a flexible schedule, we'll work with your availability to find cases that fit.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record client data
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients and families

Requirements

• Availability after 2:00 PM
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed 40-hour RBT coursework, currently enrolled, or willing to complete company-provided training
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of client assignment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in working with children
• Ability to pass required background checks
• U.S. work authorization

This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable.
