About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help generate new business opportunities and support the company's growth.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals who are comfortable with outreach, enjoy building relationships, and want to earn based on performance.

You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, starting conversations, and helping bring in new business across our talent placement services.

This position is directly tied to company growth — your contribution will have a visible and measurable impact.

Compensation

  • Commission-based only (no fixed salary at this stage)
  • $300 – $500+ USD per client closed
  • Uncapped earnings — your performance directly determines your income

This structure is designed for individuals who want direct control over their income and are motivated by results.
As ConnectLATAM continues to grow, compensation will evolve to include a more structured model (base salary + commissions), along with performance-based incentives, bonuses, and team initiatives such as company retreats, aligned with overall growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other relevant channels
  • Initiate conversations and qualify potential opportunities
  • Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline
  • Collaborate to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+ level, written and spoken)
  • Experience in sales, outreach, lead generation, or client acquisition preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and consistent in follow-ups and pipeline management
