Compensation

$1,200 – $1,500 USD per month, depending on experience


About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based company.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support.

You will play a key role in helping executives stay organized, improve internal coordination, and maintain efficient day-to-day operations in a fully remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings across time zones
  • Organize and manage executive email inboxes
  • Support internal operations and workflow coordination
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Assist with project management and task tracking
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders


Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+ written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
  • Experience working remotely with U.S. or international teams preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar
  • Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
