About the Role

We're looking for a creative and execution-oriented Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to support branding, content, outreach, audience growth, and digital growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine strategy, creativity, branding, AI tools, and execution to help build visibility, engagement, audience growth, and overall digital presence across multiple platforms.

You'll play a direct role in helping shape ConnectLATAM's positioning, content strategy, brand visibility, and digital growth while working in a fast-moving startup environment.

We value problem-solvers and builders — people who can execute creatively, adapt quickly, and create strong marketing assets and initiatives even within lean startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Support branding and digital growth initiatives
• Create and manage content across social media and digital platforms
• Assist with branding, positioning, audience growth, and online visibility
• Support outreach, engagement, lead generation, and growth campaigns
• Collaborate on marketing strategy, content ideas, and execution
• Leverage AI tools and modern marketing platforms to create and optimize content efficiently
• Help improve audience growth, engagement, conversions, and digital presence across channels

What We're Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation, growth marketing, or social media management
• Strong understanding of modern digital marketing, audience growth, branding, and online communication
• Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Notion, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing tools
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI design/video tools, automation tools, etc.) to create, optimize, and execute content and marketing initiatives efficiently
• Ability to create high-quality marketing assets creatively, even within lean startup environments and limited budgets
• Strong English communication skills (C1+ written and spoken)
• Creative, proactive, organized, and execution-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest in long-term growth and helping build a growing brand
