Compensation

$1,000 – $1,200 USD/month base + $300 per hire + performance bonuses

Overview

We are a growing startup focused on building a strong LATAM talent pipeline for remote and global opportunities.

We are looking for a Recruiter with strong judgment and a sharp eye for talent—someone who can identify quality beyond what is written on a resume.

This is not a resume-processing or high-volume recruiting role.
We value recruiters who can recognize communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, mindset, and long-term potential early in the process.

You will play a direct role in sourcing, evaluating, and building relationships with high-quality candidates across LATAM while helping shape the foundation of our recruiting operation as we grow.

While our base salary is intentionally leaner than larger corporate recruiting firms, we offer stronger performance-based commissions per hire and meaningful long-term growth opportunities for recruiters who consistently deliver quality talent.

What You'll Do

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source and engage candidates across LATAM using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Build and maintain a structured, high-quality talent pipeline across multiple industries and roles
  • Identify strong talent early, including candidates who may be overlooked through traditional filtering methods
  • Continuously improve sourcing quality, outreach effectiveness, and candidate flow

Candidate Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates beyond technical qualifications alone
  • Assess communication, professionalism, critical thinking, adaptability, and long-term fit
  • Maintain high standards in candidate selection and pipeline quality
  • Present well-qualified candidates for active opportunities

Candidate Engagement

  • Build professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Communicate opportunities clearly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Create a positive candidate experience through responsiveness and consistency
  • Keep strong candidates engaged for future opportunities within our network

Pipeline & Database Management

  • Organize, track, and maintain a clean recruiting pipeline
  • Tag and categorize candidates for efficient future access
  • Keep recruiting data structured, updated, and actionable
  • Help improve recruiting workflows, systems, and sourcing processes over time

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related fields preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (C1+ level, written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and recruiting workflows
  • Hands-on ATS experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
