Job Title: Revenue Optimisation Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Revenue Optimisation Manager to lead pricing, inventory, and yield strategies, maximizing revenue for airline operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to respond dynamically to market changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies across all channels.

  • Manage seat inventory and allocation for optimal capacity utilization.

  • Utilize forecasting tools and historical data for demand and yield analysis.

  • Execute fare filing, fare changes, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Network Planning, and IT for revenue alignment.

  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue per kilometer, yield, and load factor.

  • Guide strategic decisions using route profitability and customer behavior insights.

  • Oversee and optimize the use of revenue management tools and software.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.

  • 5-10 years of experience in airline revenue optimization or related fields.

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with dynamic pricing software.

  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
