Sales Manager (Airline Industry)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales strategies, cultivate and maintain client relationships, and drive growth in airline ticket sales. If you are a results-oriented leader with experience in the airline or travel industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.

Lead, train, and manage sales teams to deliver against KPIs.

Collaborate with revenue management and marketing to drive pricing and promotions.

Monitor sales performance, customer insights, and provide regular reporting to management.

Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and key accounts.

Optimize performance across sales channels including online, corporate, and travel agents.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years experience in sales and marketing; at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in the aviation, travel, or tourism industry.

Strong understanding of market trends, client management, and revenue generation.

Proficient in budgeting, performance tracking, and CRM tools.
