Head of Clinical Billing

Our client is looking for an IPD Billing Head to join their team in a prestigious hospital in Papua New Guinea.

Location: Port Moresby, PNG

Position Type: Clinical Billing Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inpatient-department billing team and processes
• All candidates must have clinical or Hospital experience
• Monitor billing accuracy, denial rates, and collection KPIs
• Coordinate with clinical departments for charge capture
• Train billing staff on new systems and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Graduate in Healthcare Management
• Minimum 5 years hospital IPD billing experience
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance and coding
