Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ENT and Head & Neck Surgeries with precision and care.
• Provide expert consultation and diagnosis for patients and fellow physicians.
• Develop and implement curative-preventive programs and departmental protocols.
• Mentor and train nursing and allied health staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in Continued Medical Education (CME) programs and quality control initiatives.
• Represent the client at health expos, seminars, and promotional events.
