Our client, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a talented and driven Quant Trader to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will leverage quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading strategies to optimize trading performance and enhance our market-making capabilities in the cryptocurrency space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize quantitative trading strategies for various cryptocurrency markets
• Analyze market data and trends to identify trading opportunities and risks
• Utilize statistical and mathematical models to inform trading decisions and improve performance
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance trading algorithms and systems
• Monitor and manage trading positions, ensuring adherence to risk management protocols
• Conduct back-testing of trading strategies and analyze performance metrics
• Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the crypto industry
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in quantitative trading, preferably in cryptocurrency markets
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and C++
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
