Description:
This candidate must have certification in Surgical Technology/Certified First Assistant.
Successful completion of a training program in a recognized First Assistant program
Five years' experience in an acute care operating room in the scrub role preferred.
Must be proficient in the following specialties:
Major Vascular
Thoracic
Open Heart
Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
Complex Cardiac procedures
Current BLS for Health Care Provider from AHA
Basic Computer Skills
If not working with the Cardiologist, will be used in the OR.
On Call required.
No RTW accepted, must be available the entire 13 week contract.
Scrub Tech First Assistant bill rate as noted on order.
RN (RNFA) bill rate $150
