Our client

Our client is a global leader in fire protection, with a strong focus on advanced fire alarm and detection technologies for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and high-risk environments.

The company designs and manufactures intelligent fire detection systems, including smoke, heat, and multi-sensor detectors, integrated with sophisticated control panels and networked monitoring platforms. These systems provide real-time detection, early warning capability, and automated response, ensuring rapid identification of fire risks and enabling effective emergency intervention.

With a strong emphasis on innovation, system integration, and compliance with international and local Saudi standards (Civil Defense / SBC / NFPA), the company delivers fully engineered life safety solutions tailored to complex developments, including large-scale infrastructure and giga-projects such as NEOM.

Renowned for reliability, technical excellence, and specification-driven sales, the organization partners closely with consultants, developers, and system integrators to ensure its solutions are embedded at the design stage and adopted across major projects.

Job Purpose

Based in Riyadh, the Senior Sales Engineer - Specification will lead technical specification activity across Saudi Arabia. The central objective is to secure their products in project specifications and on the approved vendor or manufacturer lists held by design consultants, developers, EPC and MEP contractors, system integrators and relevant end users. The role will identify projects early, influence design decisions with sound engineering advice, and follow each opportunity through tender clarification, approval and handover to the commercial team or channel partner.

The role requires sustained engagement with specification influencers, a practical command of fire detection and related solutions, and disciplined tracking of design wins and approvals. It supports national market development, with regular travel beyond Riyadh.
