The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Marketing & Events Manager – APAC to support and execute marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role plays a key part in bringing global marketing strategies to life locally, ensuring campaigns, events, and brand initiatives resonate across multiple APAC markets.

Working closely with regional sales teams, global marketing colleagues, and local partners, you will coordinate marketing activity, manage events and exhibitions, and ensure that the brand is consistently and effectively represented across the region.

You will also have the opportunity to travel across APAC supporting exhibitions, seminars, and partner events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Marketing Execution

  • Support the execution of global and regional marketing initiatives across APAC
  • Localize and deploy global marketing campaigns in alignment with regional requirements
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to support local commercial priorities
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for APAC stakeholders and partners

Events & Exhibitions

  • Plan and coordinate regional marketing events, including:
  • seminars
  • partner events
  • training sessions
  • exhibitions and trade shows
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, suppliers, branding, registrations, budgets, and schedules
  • Support international exhibitions and ensure smooth in-country coordination
  • Provide on-site event support when required

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with local agencies, venues, suppliers, and event partners
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and event materials
  • Work with the Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to adapt marketing assets for APAC markets
  • Ensure all materials comply with global brand standards

Performance & Coordination

  • Track regional marketing activity and provide performance updates
  • Support lead capture and post-event follow-up with sales and digital marketing teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and regional collaboration

Regional travel will be required to support events and exhibitions across Asia-Pacific markets.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Experience

  • Experience in regional marketing, marketing coordination, or events management
  • Proven experience supporting events, exhibitions, or partner programs
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident coordinating with sales teams, partners, and suppliers
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Additional APAC languages such as Malay, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Thai would be advantageous but are not required.
