Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration of fire alarm and detection systems across Jeddah, the Western Province, the Red Sea region and NEOM (Tabuk region).
The role focuses on specification-led sales, developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, system integrators, and contractors, and positioning the company's detection solutions as the preferred choice across major construction and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will manage an existing network of partners while actively identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new customers, with the objective of achieving sustained year-on-year growth in a high-value, project-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - JEDDAH – WESTERN PROVINCE KSA
Key Accountabilities
Sales & Market Development
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with revenue targets across the Western Province, Red Sea region and NEOM.
Drive specification of fire alarm and detection systems with consultants, engineering firms, and developers at early design stages.
Build and expand relationships with system integrators, EPC contractors, and key project stakeholders.
Identify and secure opportunities within major giga-projects (e.g., NEOM), infrastructure developments, and commercial projects.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management.
Key Account Management
Manage and grow an established base of distributors and system integration partners.
Identify gaps in coverage and appoint new partners where required to strengthen market presence.
Support partners with technical guidance, training, and commercial support to drive sales performance.
Specification & Technical Engagement
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants, civil defense authorities, and end-users.
Ensure the company's products are specified in project tender documents and approved vendor lists.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
Support project lifecycle from design through to installation and commissioning.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on product performance, customer requirements, and market needs.
Develop targeted strategies for key verticals including hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce).
Manage travel, expenses, and regional activities effectively.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade forums within Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years' experience in fire alarm and detection systems sales or closely related life safety technologies.
Strong experience in specification-driven sales environments within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
Proven track record of success in working with consultants, EPC contractors, and system integrators.
Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks (Saudi Civil Defense, SBC, NFPA standards).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, project-based sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both technical and commercial contexts.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
Ability to work independently in a remote, territory-based role.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) across Jeddah, Western Province, and NEOM (Tabuk).
Flexibility to engage with regional and global stakeholders across time zones.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
