About the job Business Development Executive
We're looking for a talented Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment for the GCC market.
Business Development Executive (GCC Market) | 3-months project | Remote | Female Only)
Location: Lebanon
Industry Focus: IT & Fintech (GCC)
Responsibilities
- Research companies and decision-makers in the IT & fintech sectors
- Build structured lead lists with accurate contact and company details
- Create clear and compelling storylines for each lead (industry context, hiring needs, Consult Pro relevance)
- Conduct cold, warm, and hot calls to generate new business
- Present Consult Pro's AI-powered Talent Matching solutions clearly and confidently
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable talent-matching solutions
- Maintain, organize, and grow a strong pipeline of active leads
- Follow up with leads through email and scheduled calls
- Submit daily activity reports (calls made, leads contacted, outcomes)
- Submit weekly sales reports (progress, insights, challenges, next steps)
- Keep all tracking sheets accurate, organized, and consistently updated
- Bring new ideas and creative approaches to strengthen business development efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Must be based in Lebanon
- Must be a female candidate
- Proven experience in selling services or software solutions
- Strong research skills
- Experience using sales and outreach tools such as ZIWO, HubSpot, and ContactOut
- Must have sales or BD experience dealing with clients in the GCC
- Strong understanding of IT & fintech hiring markets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; a smart, confident talker
- Highly organized with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong research abilities (companies, markets, decision-makers)
- Ability to self-manage and deliver consistent daily progress
- Fluent in Arabic with a strong command of English
