About the Role
The Head of Aggregator, Digital & Partnerships will lead the development and expansion of digital distribution channels, including insurance aggregators, direct online sales platforms, and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through digital ecosystems while improving customer acquisition, digital conversion rates, and market visibility.
Working closely with underwriting, product, marketing, and technology teams, the position ensures digital channels operate efficiently, remain commercially competitive, and comply with regulatory and operational standards. The role also leads the development of strategic partnerships with fintech platforms, corporate partners, and digital marketplaces to expand distribution reach.

Responsibilities
1. Digital Distribution Strategy
- Develop and execute the organisations digital distribution strategy across aggregators, e-sales platforms, and partnership channels.
- Identify new digital ecosystems and online distribution opportunities to expand market reach.
- Establish annual sales targets and growth initiatives for digital channels.
2. Aggregator Channel Management
- Manage relationships with insurance aggregators and price comparison platforms.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, commissions, and platform integration terms.
- Monitor aggregator performance including conversion rates and acquisition costs.
3. Direct Digital Sales (E-Sales)
- Oversee the performance and development of the organisations direct online sales platforms.
- Improve digital customer journeys, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Coordinate with technology and marketing teams to enhance online sales capabilities.
4. Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and develop partnerships with banks, fintechs, e-commerce platforms, mobility providers, and digital marketplaces.
- Structure embedded insurance opportunities within partner ecosystems.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to drive sustainable revenue growth.
5. Performance & Analytics
- Monitor digital channel performance including revenue, profitability, and customer behaviour.
- Analyse data to optimise conversion rates, pricing competitiveness, and product positioning.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior management.
6. Governance & Team Leadership
- Ensure digital distribution activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage operational risks, fraud exposure, and governance standards across digital channels.
- Lead and develop the digital distribution team, fostering a data-driven and performance-focused culture.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital distribution, partnerships, or online sales within financial services or insurance.
- Strong experience managing aggregator platforms, digital marketplaces, or online distribution channels.
- Proven ability to negotiate strategic commercial partnerships and digital agreements.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
