Do you enjoy working with clients and supporting travel planning from start to finish?
We are expanding our remote client services team and are seeking a Remote Itinerary Planning Specialist to support leisure travel bookings and customer inquiries. This role focuses on assisting clients with reservations, itinerary coordination, and ongoing travel support in a fully remote environment.
Full training and structured onboarding are provided. Prior travel industry experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and tailored holiday packages.

Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online chat.
- Research destinations, offers, and travel options to suit each clients needs and budget.

Prepare personalised travel itineraries and simple proposals or quotes.
- Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.

- Attend optional virtual training sessions and stay up to date on travel trends and supplier promotions.
