Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator (Female) to support our project delivery team.
This role blends project coordination + customer communication + internal collaboration — perfect for someone who thrives on ownership and execution. You will assist Senior Project Manager in maintaining project momentum, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting Scope of Work (SOW) documents and scheduling project kick-off meetings.
- Update and maintain project timelines, milestones, and tasks in tools like ClickUp or Jira.
- Draft weekly status updates and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Track task progress with technical teams and flag delays or blockers to the Project Manager.
- Monitor project dashboards to ensure data accuracy and assist in early risk identification.
- Support project closure by organizing documentation and assisting with the handover to Customer Success.
- Maintain professional customer relationships through prompt, clear, and proactive communication.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
- Atleast 1 year of experience in Project Coordination (preferably in SaaS, IT, or Telecom).
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle and software deployment processes.
- Hands-on with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Basic technical aptitude to understand SaaS platform workflows.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset.
