Position Title & Basic Details

We’re looking for a BMS Engineering Lead based in NJ. This is a Full-Time position requiring 35 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design and integration of a Building Management System (BMS) for a facility with 8 chillers. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in BMS integration and controller technologies and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop system architecture for BMS integration of KE2 and Emerson E2/E3 controllers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of refrigerant and temperature monitoring systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during system design and integration.

  • Follow best practices and stay current on industry trends to continuously improve system design and functionality.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BACnet/IP, Modbus; familiarity with KE2 and Emerson E2/E3 controllers is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working on BMS integration projects.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Niagara or compatible BMS systems.

  • Specific experience in refrigerant leak detection and emergency cooling systems.

  • Additional certifications in BMS or related technologies.
