Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have worked at a recruitment company to be considered. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients looking to fill various technical roles within their organizations. This position offers a flexible work schedule, initially commission-based, transitioning to an hourly rate plus commission after the first sale
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads of potential clients within the manufacturing and production sectors.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical staffing needs and present our staffing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead your own team of recruiters to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the staffing or technical industry.
- Strong understanding of the technical roles within manufacturing and production environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client needs.
Compensation:
- Initially commission-based with a competitive commission structure.
- Transition to an hourly rate plus commission after the first successful sale.
