SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Covenant Academy is seeking dedicated and passionate substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of our regular faculty members. Responsibilities:

- Execute lesson plans and instructions provided by the absent teacher to ensure continuity of instruction and learning.

- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment for students.

- Implement classroom management and discipline strategies to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student engagement and participation.

- Collaborate with other faculty and staff to meet the academic and behavioral needs of students.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.

- Prior experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to varying classroom environments and instructional styles.

- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
