Payroll Analyst

Convixión is hiring for AmSpec, Payroll Analyst.

Main purpose

Provides strategic and hands-on support in HR & Payroll process, making sure that all the activities are carried out in an efficient way, contributing to the correct use of the budget, according to the legal regulations in force and the policies established by the company.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of the Payroll process for LATAM countries, guaranteeing the calculation of recurring salaries (monthly and biweekly) and special payrolls, benefits, tax and labor obligations.
• Collect accurate payroll-related data
• Centralize Payroll changes to be reported to the Payroll provider.
• Manage collective agreements to ensure the implementation of clauses agreed.
• Prepare and update payroll reports
• Process payroll transfers when necessary
• Promote and participate in projects focused on the improvement of payroll processes
• Support all HR related needs requested by HR Director LATAM

Knowledge and Skills

• University degree or advanced student in Accounting or Business Administration

• Fluent written and spoken English is a plus
• + 3 years payroll regional experience.
• Advanced excel skills.

• Excellent people skills, job requires building and maintaining working relationships with HR, Benefits and employees on related questions.
