As a Compliance Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting compliance operations — ensuring accuracy in documentation, timely processing of reports and certifications, and maintaining strong communication with corporate clients and contractors.

What you'll be working on:

  • Maintain acceptable customer service levels particularly with key corporate clients and clients with multiple sites within your given portfolios.
  • Have an adequate understanding of the ESM regulations and requirements in the various States to enable you to complete all required tasks satisfactorily.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors regarding certification documents, service reports and outstanding defects.
  • Review and update online contractor certification reports.
  • Review and update service reports supplied by clients, contractors, or staff members.
  • Timely processing of ESM related correspondence and contractor certifications.
  • Identify issues and non-compliances within received correspondence and relay to the client any issues that will delay the compliance of their sites and issuing of the annual statement.
  • Provide clients, contractors, staff, and management with reports as required.
  • Assist other staff members with their workload where required.
  • Attend staff client and contractor meetings as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, eager to learn and keen to make an impact in doing administrative work.
  • Experience is a plus but not required.
  • English communication skills; verbal and written that will allow you to build relationships with our overseas partners.
  • Possess project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, preferably Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in engaging with people.
