Data & Process Automation Analyst

We are looking for a Data & Process Automation Analyst who can help improve our processes through automation and better data management. This role will focus on building workflows, connecting tools, supporting the development of new automation capabilities and making daily operations more efficient.

What you'll be working on:

• Automation Workflow Development - Maintain and enhance automation workflows built in Microsoft Power Automate. Troubleshoot workflow failures and resolve integration issues.
• API Integration - Develop and maintain integrations with external platforms including: Harvest, Xero, and Other SaaS tools via REST APIs.

• Write java scripts and functions to extract, transform, and load data between systems.

• Data & Database Management - Work with Databases to maintain structured and unstructured data pipelines. Ensure database integrity and performance.
• Documentation and Sharepoint - Maintain clear technical documentation for: Workflows, APIs, System architecture, Deployment steps. 
• Support teams in improving their processes

What were looking for:

• Minimum 2-5 years in automation, data, or system integration roles.

• Proven experience creating automations in real work environments.

• Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey processes, updates, and technical information.
• Keen interest in automation, AI-enabled systems, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency and processes.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Able to understand business needs and turn them into simple solutions

Technical Skills :

• Background in data extraction, transformation, and automation pipelines to support efficient data processing and workflow optimization.
• Experience working with APIs and connecting different tools (REST/JSON).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate)
• Working knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js or Python for scripting, automation, and data processing tasks.
• Familiar with tools like ClickUp and GitHub.
