What you'll be working on

• Email management.
• Communicate with overseas agents and partners.
• Chasing pre alert documents from overseas agents.
• Checking the accuracy of the documents like BLs, Debit Notes, etc.
• Registration of shipment in the system.

What we're looking for

• Open to fresh graduates who are willing to learn 
  
• Preferably with customs or logistics internship but not required
• Open for fresh graduates
• Customs Administration and/or Freight Forwarding experience is preferred
• Experience in Expedient is a plus.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Knowledgeable in incoterm and basic shipping documents.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
