As a Structural Design Associate, you will support our design and sales teams in creating innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with team members and clients to ensure designs meet customer needs while maintaining quality and safety standards. In addition, you will provide offshore support, assisting with technical queries, site services, and installation requirements for contractors and customers

What you'll be working on
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide design solutions and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Assist in managing project designs and exploring potential project opportunities in the ceiling solutions industry
- Offer technical support for design queries and offshore installation services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance value during project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure all tasks meet safety standards and contribute to process improvements.
- Carries out other duties in the company's interest as directed by management.
What we’re looking for
- Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience (in engineering, construction, or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of technical drawing using AutoCAD/Revit is preferred
- Experience with Australian firms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to work well with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Familiar with the commercial ceilings construction industry.
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word), and able to adapt to challenges
