You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What you'll be working on

  • Support customers with delivery updates, product issues, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to resolve order and stock concerns.
  • Manage admin tasks, maintain records
  • Assist project managers with documents and presentations for large projects.
  • Ensure all communication is professional, friendly, and timely.
  • Work independently while staying organized and responsive.

What we're looking for:
  • Fresh graduates (open to learning the industry) to 5 years of experience in retail, sales, or related fields

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Familiar with email, spreadsheets, and MS Office

  • Quick thinker with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Friendly, proactive, and builds good relationships

  • Organized multitasker who works well independently and in a team

  • Flexible and ready to support where needed

Preferred but not required

  • Experience in online retail, sales, shipping, or logistics

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Freshdesk or Shopify
