longer need to worry about server downtime, database syncing issues, or IT problems that pull dentists,

What you'll be working on:
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and workflow documentation to help dental practice staff get the most out of the platform.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and accurately.
- Maintain positive, professional communication across phone, email, chat, and other customer channels.
- Manage open customer requests and follow through to resolution while keeping records organized and up to date.
- Ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
What we're looking for:
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience using Kanban tools or similar tools such as Trello or Jira.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in handling phone and email interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
