What you'll be working on:

• Handle customer concerns that require critical thinking and empathy

• Support team members through coaching, mentoring, or training sessions

• Help simplify complex situations into clear, structured communication

• Share insights and best practices to improve overall team performance

• Contribute to building guides, processes, and knowledge resources

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in customer service or other related roles

• Background in coaching, training, or leading others is preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to organize and simplify ideas clearly

• Problem-solving mindset with a calm and thoughtful approach

• Passion for developing others and contributing to team growth
