You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What you'll be working on:

  • Liaise with customers for post-sales enquiries, including delivery updates and taking product and service feedback
  • Liaise with customers and supplier for any warranty claims of products
  • Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs
  • Providing assistance to senior project managers for the preparation, compilation and presentation of larger commercial fit-out projects
  • Administrative and support services.
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding shipment of goods and any inventory issues

What we're looking for:

  • With 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, retail support, and any related fields.

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in managing customer inquiries and providing sales support.

  • Experience working with or supporting international clients is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Computer Literate and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service / administration role

  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team
