managing both HR operations and end-to-end recruitment for volume and niche roles.

You will serve as both a people partner and a talent seekermanaging HR functions such as onboarding,
employee engagement, and compliance, while also proactively sourcing and securing top talent that aligns with

What you'll be working on:

  • You will collaborate closely with the Cooee Leadership team, and as you advance in your position, our managers will provide collective guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Take on the task of integrating Cooee's culture (Why and How) alongside the Cooee Leadership team.
  • Continuously hone and cultivate trusting relationships with those you engage with.
  • Handling of the entire Cooee onboarding process, mainly talent sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing hiring procedures.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline by proactively engaging with potential hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with managers to understand role requirements, create role profiles, and ensure alignment in hiring decisions.
  • To improve clarity and provide structure, you will define and implement HR-related processes.
  • Execute employer branding activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • You will oversee ad hoc requests from managers and employees, including duties particular to overseeing Cooee's office space.
  • Any additional work or project that your direct manager, the Cooee leadership team, and/or its partners assign you is essential to carrying out your obligations as an HR generalist.

What were looking for:

  • Fresh graduates (College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Flexibility to function both individually and collaboratively in a fast-moving, dynamic setting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to use good judgment when making decisions
  • Approaches tasks in an organised and systematic manner.Organized and systematically approach the
