About the Role
We have partnered with a company with a vision to provide businesses, organizations and individuals Australia-wide with competitively priced high-quality office furniture and interior solutions. You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.
As a Category Administrator, you will support the Product Team in managing end-to-end processes across all product lines. This role plays a key part in ensuring product data accuracy, smooth supplier coordination, and the timely execution of product launches. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep operations running efficiently, while maintaining critical reports and meeting key deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong administrative foundation especially with advanced Excel capabilities.

What you’ll be working on:
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle to meet launch timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, samples, and production schedules
Maintain accurate product data in ERP systems
Track product samples, supplier claims, and production progress
Handle purchase orders, updates, and documentation
Support buyers with range reviews and competitor pricing checks
Resolve product and delivery issues efficiently
- Communicate updates and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product administration or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (critical for success in the role)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (critical for success in the role)
Strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets
Experience creating and maintaining reports, templates, and trackers
Skilled in using formulas, data validation, and reporting tools
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational challenges
- Comfortable working with international suppliers, particularly across Asia
Strong commercial awareness, including budgets and margins
