Construction Workflow Administrator (Remote)
Job Description:
- Design, implement, and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely task completion.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and address any workflow disruptions.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.
Job Specification:
- Masters degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
(A diploma in construction management or relevant certifications like PMP can be acceptable with strong experience.)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in workflow or operations coordination within the construction industry.
- Fluent in English communication both written and oral for dealing with U.S. Market and management
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Asana/Trello.
- Comfortable working remotely as per the US Time zones from Mon till Fri
- Proven experience in workflow management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs.
- Hands-on experience managing documentation, coordinating with field teams/subcontractors, and working with construction timelines.
- Knowledge of US construction regulations and permit handling is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical construction drawings and specifications.
