Location: Pakistan (Remote), supporting U.S.-based BPO operations

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for U.S.-based prospects exploring outsourced business solutions. Your role is to identify target accounts, initiate outbound conversations, qualify potential clients, and generate a strong pipeline of opportunities for the Business Development team.

Youll engage decision-makers through phone calls, email outreach, and digital channels, uncovering operational gaps, understanding their outsourcing needs, and positioning Cordatus as a strategic partner.

This is a high-impact role with clear progression into Business Development, Account Executive, or Senior SDR positions.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Prospect into U.S. industries to build targeted lead lists and create qualified opportunities.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls and write personalized outreach emails to engage decision-makers.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and outsourcing fit.
  • Educate prospects on how Cordatus supports accounting, finance, IT, and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Executives to schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of outreach activity, notes, and funnel progress.
  • Support outbound campaigns, including automation sequences, email cadences, and follow-up strategies.
  • Provide insights on buyer objections, lead quality, and industry trends to strengthen sales plays.
  • Track KPIs and consistently exceed goals for qualified calls, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

What You Bring

  • Bachlor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Native or near‑native English fluency with excellent phone presence and written communication.
  • 3–4 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, inside sales, or B2B outbound prospecting, ideally in BPO/outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections effectively, confident in navigating pushback, reframing conversations, and moving prospects toward next steps. (Gatekeeper requirement)
  • Confidence making cold calls and engaging C‑level or senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. communication styles and business expectations.
  • Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • A metrics‑driven, self‑disciplined, and proactive approach to hitting outbound quotas.
  • Comfort working fully remote and managing your own productivity.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
