Operations Coordinator (Remote)
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support operations in daily tasks. This role ensures smooth workflows, compliance with quality standards, and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to leverage modern tools including AI platforms to optimize processes and complete tasks effectively.
Compensation: PKR 80,000- PKR 120,000 per month (depending on experience/skills).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Handle internal/external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation.
- Quality Management & Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality management documentation.
- Coordinate internal audits and track corrective actions.
- Support preparation for external and surveillance audits.
- Project Coordination:
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely deliverables.
- Maintain task boards and workflows using project management tools.
- Operational Support:
- Oversee routine operational processes and ensure adherence to standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Data & Reporting:
- Compile and analyze operational data for performance tracking.
- Prepare summaries and reports for management reviews.
- Set up dashboards in platforms like Power BI, Clickup, Jira, etc.
- AI & Automation:
- Leverage AI platforms and automation tools to streamline tasks, generate insights, and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance workflows.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, or related field.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and audit processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms to optimize work.
- Prior experience in project handling or operations support roles would be a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Work hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time) from Monday till Friday.
- Full-time remote position, open for candidates from any city in Pakistan only.
