We currently have an opportunity for Fleet Compliance Administrator based at our Milton Keynes office.
The role:
Optimising the daily operations of the company's fleet ensuring the vehicles are maintained, compliant and efficiently utilised to meet the businesses needs.
Key responsibilities:
· Administer all aspects of fleet compliance
· Update all service, inspection and MOT data for all Core Highway HGV fleet.
· Maintain accurate records of aspects of service, MOT and inspection paperwork
· Maintain the HGV service schedule calendar.
· Manage and record vehicle movements, ensuring systems reflect accurate asset locations.
· Communicate with all Core Highways sites sending out reminders for vehicle, service and inspection dates.
· Query and raise fleet purchase orders (POs) as needed.
· Maintain and update companies O Licenses as and when required.
· Co-ordinate external fleet movements as required.
· Action vehicle onboarding and disposal processes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
· Produce statistics and reports regarding MOT and compliance performance of HGV fleet.
· Assist in other areas of the fleet department as required.
Skills and experience:
· Experience within a fleet and HGV environment
· Knowledge of O License and legal compliance desirable.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Able to work to tight deadlines.
· Good customer service skills.
· Competent and experienced in use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
