Their platform powers next-generation AI applications and is trusted by innovative startups and global organizations to handle large-scale data workloads with exceptional performance.
As part of their continued growth in Europe, they are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help expand their presence across the EMEA region.
About the Role
This position focuses on building and executing a territory strategy, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding enterprise accounts. You will play a key role in scaling the companys go-to-market efforts and shaping the commercial strategy in a rapidly evolving AI-native market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Source pipeline and manage complex enterprise sales cycles from lead to close
- Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify, develop, and nurture business champions within target accounts
- Communicate the value of complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategy
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a competitive B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales processes, particularly in enterprise or strategic commercial segments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build pipeline and grow accounts independently
- Must have experience selling infrastructure, databases, developer tools, or search/vector database solutions (experience working with infrastructure or database/search engine companies is required)
- Driven, competitive, and highly motivated mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience selling technical products such as developer tools, databases, DevOps, or infrastructure software
- Familiarity with open-source technologies
- Training in structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or similar)
