About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading enterprise organization undergoing significant digital transformation, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture strategy and delivery across complex Salesforce initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role where you will define scalable architecture, guide development teams, and influence long-term Salesforce platform strategy across Sales, Service, and Commerce domains.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments

• Design scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging platform best practices

• Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance to development teams

• Conduct code reviews and enforce platform standards

• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence

Governance & Best Practices

• Define and maintain Salesforce governance framework

• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and industry best practices

• Support structured deployment and release management processes

Integration Strategy

• Design and implement integration frameworks with external systems

• Ensure secure, seamless, and scalable data exchange

• Recommend innovative solutions leveraging new Salesforce capabilities

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams

• Align architecture decisions with business goals

• Present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Apex

  • Lightning Components

  • Visualforce

  • Declarative configuration

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems

• Experience across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Experience Cloud

• Salesforce certifications required (Application Architect or System Architect preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
