Hybrid | Remote (USA) with ~25% travel to Alabama
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 + benefits

We are working with a large, well-established construction and facilities organization that delivers complex commercial and infrastructure projects across the United States. They are expanding their team and hiring a Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator to support building systems, commissioning activities, and operational readiness on major projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in commissioning, MEP coordination, or building systems who enjoys working on technically complex facilities and coordinating across multiple teams.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Supporting commissioning planning and execution on facilities projects

  • Developing and maintaining equipment lists and asset documentation

  • Coordinating construction and commissioning schedules

  • Supporting CMMS workflows and operational readiness processes

  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

  • Logging field observations and assisting with issue resolution

  • Supporting training coordination, project closeout, and handover activities

  • Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

What Theyre Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field

  • Approximately 6+ years of experience in commissioning, building systems, or MEP-related roles

  • Familiarity with building systems standards and best practices

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a project environment

  • Proficiency with standard documentation and reporting tools
