Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 + benefits

A large healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to oversee clinical engineering and technology operations across multiple hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead HTM and Clinical Engineering operations
• Manage budgets, performance, and compliance
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards
• Mentor and develop technical teams
• Support cybersecurity initiatives related to clinical systems

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of management experience
• 7+ years in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
• Experience in large hospital systems
• Strong leadership and operational skills
